Position Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications using the Laravel PHP framework. Collaborate with the design and product teams to understand project requirements and propose efficient technical solutions. Write clean, secure, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices. Create and optimize database schemas and queries for performance and efficiency. Develop RESTful APIs for frontend developers Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed for seamless application functionality. Conduct thorough testing of the developed features and troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs encountered. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and Laravel to suggest continuous improvements. Collaborate with other team members, including developers, designers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality projects on time. Assist in maintaining and improving the existing codebase and applications. Responsible for participating in a rotational schedule, providing weekend support on a turn-by-turn basis to ensure continuous service and assistance during weekends. Qualification & Experience: A minimum Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent. Good command of English in both Oral & Written. At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in this or relevant field is required. Proven experience as a PHP Developer with a strong focus on Laravel framework (provide examples of previous work/projects). Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns. Strong experience in working with relational databases like MySQL and writing efficient queries. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and their integration. Experience with server management, deployment, and hosting of Laravel applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. A keen interest in keeping up with the latest trends and best practices in web development.
