Minimum Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
Minimum 3-5 years of material & production planning experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
PC literate, with preferred knowledge in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & other related software.
Understanding of ISO9001.
Ability to work independently, aggressively, and self-driven.
Must have leadership qualities.
Good interpersonal skills & team player.
Good communication & negotiation skills in dealing with internal teams and customers.
Knowledge in MRP/SQL/Esoft or equivalent systems is encouraged.
Must be willing to work in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
Responsibilities:
Plan & execute daily production activities.
Monitor production output performance vs plan.
Prepare weekly planning report & customer order summary report.
Plan raw materials and ensure minimal shortage impact.
Monitor customer order forecasts.
Lead monthly stock takes and summarize inventory reports.
Monitor vendor delivery schedules as planned.
Review order lead times and loading capacities to achieve optimal turnaround times.
Generate, maintain, and update B.O.M lists.
Manage & lead delivery teams, shipping teams, & customs-related matters.
Provide excellent support & services to valued customers; all calls & emails from customers must be responded to with urgency.
Participate in Internal Quality Audits, non-conformity disposition reviews, supplier or vendor selection, costing reviews, etc.
Control raw materials, WIP & FG at acceptable levels.
Generate Job Orders and close Job Orders.
Daily tracking and adjustment of production plans to meet JIT demand when necessary.
