Job Description:1. Performance Analysis
Conduct monthly internal site meetings to analyze productivity, weather impacts, resource allocation, and site challenges.
Identify root problems and propose fundamental solutions to improve site efficiency.
Actively engage with site teams to ensure smooth data flow and teamwork.
Perform weekly follow-ups on site performance, identifying key factors influencing progress or delays.
2. Data Management and Reporting
Regular preparation and submission of required reporting to client (e.g., coordination, bi-monthly and monthly reports).
Collect, organize, and validate primary and secondary data for accurate analysis (internal meeting).
Provide meaningful insights that differentiate data reliability and drive decision-making.
Promote cost-consciousness among site personnel by analyzing financial impacts on project performance.
Support senior management in aligning site operations with project goals (in terms of meeting revenue and staying within budget).
3. Site Engagement
Visit project sites fortnightly to capture drone images and gather real-time data.
Collaborate with site teams during critical milestones, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
Assist in tender preparation by providing support (e.g., proposed work program, organization chart and CV of respective key personnel, proposed logistic planning, proposed plant & machinery, and proposed method statement) for tender submission on a need basis.
Job Specification:Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience with exposure to project planning and site operations; those who have worked with two different companies are preferred to bring diverse industry perspectives.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to build trust and teamwork on site.
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and address root causes of performance issues.
Hands-on experience with drone operations and video editing for exported drone videos is an added advantage.
Knowledge of cost management and financial awareness in construction projects is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
