Responsibilities:Provide guidance to team members on handling all kinds of documents that flow to the Managing Director or Director for approval, such as contracts, operation reports, public announcements, government requests, and others.
Provide guidance to team members on customers, lenders, investors, and government authorities related matters, such as site visits and information requests.
Provide guidance to team members on accreditation and maintaining ISO 9001 and other ISO Standards if any.
Equipped with a corporate governance mindset to assist the Managing Director in monitoring departmental operation processes and highlight any improvement opportunities spotted.
Equipped with risk-based thinking to assist the Managing Director in developing, monitoring, and executing operation risk management.
Conduct investigations, data collection, coordination, and audits on the department upon request by the Managing Director.
Coach and train team members so they are clear of their roles and responsibilities and can perform their duties competently.
Recruit suitable candidates to fill vacancies in the department.
Provide support to subordinates in handling various matters, addressing issues encountered.
Formulate plans for the execution of operations, assign tasks and duties to team leaders, and delegate responsibilities among team members.
Hold team leaders and team members accountable for their responsibilities, provide specific and timely feedback, and measure the performance of the team and individuals.
Develop and implement policies and regulations necessary for achieving the objectives of the department, including but not limited to implementing and enforcing document control policies, processes, and procedures.
Assist with the execution of strategies that support the achievement of departmental objectives.
Other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
Job Requirements:Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in engineering fields.
Good interpersonal skills and analytical skills.
Fluent in Mandarin preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking foreign employees.
