As a Senior Process QA Executive, you'll be a champion for quality within our organization. You'll play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing processes across all operational stages, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets our rigorous quality standards.Key responsibilities Oversee rigorous quality control processes in both lab and production environments, ensuring all products meet and exceed our demanding standards. Develop and implement effective quality assurance (QA) policies and procedures, fostering a company-wide commitment to exceptional quality. Lead and collaborate seamlessly with lab technicians and online QC teams, guaranteeing consistent and accurate quality control across all operations. Analyze data and identify key trends to continuously improve processes, minimize defects, and maximize efficiency. Champion compliance with all relevant quality and safety regulations, keeping us ahead of the curve. Qualifications and skills A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as quality management, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment. Proficiency in quality assurance software and tools is a must. Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies, with a focus on process optimization. Familiarity with both lab testing procedures and online QC processes. A track record of implementing and managing successful quality control systems. Certifications in quality management (Six Sigma, Lean, ISO 9001) or relevant industry-specific training. Excellent communication and teamwork are key to collaboration and success. Beware of scams online or from individuals claiming to represent us.
