Senior Procurement Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage procurement of all raw materials and services, including sourcing and supplier negotiation.
Assist with raw material hedging for cost stability and competitive pricing.
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities to achieve significant savings.
Source new suppliers, obtain quotes, and ensure materials meet company specifications.
Negotiate terms with suppliers, ensuring compliance with Corporate Compliance policies.
Maintain stock accuracy and manage inventory through systematic physical counts and SAP updates.
Establish and enforce procurement policies, monitor budgets, and develop vendor relationships for optimal performance.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Administration, or Management.
3-5 years of procurement experience in the dairy/beverages industry.
Proficient in SAP and advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong vendor sourcing knowledge, negotiation skills, and relationship-building abilities.
