Open Position: Senior Procurement Specialist (MNC Shared Services Company)      A reputable Shared Services company is hiring for Senior Procurement Specialist to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
     Key responsibilities include: More than 4 years working experience working in Procurement department covering IT products such as Desktop, Laptop, Network, Server, Software Licensing and etc Good experience in performing purchasing tasks covering supplier & vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, purchase order and etc Continuously maintaining the best purchase price and the highest level of quality, reliability and services with IT based suppliers and vendors Identify and lead regional IT procurement and sourcing projects with existing or new service providers and vendors Develop short-term and long-term procurement pipelines that drive total value, including cost savings, KPIs, supplier relationship management and etc.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
