Senior Product Engineer

Job Description Administer and validate various new products and services to ensure effective implementation plans.
Assist all departments and provide technical assistance according to product specification.
Coordinate with customers and analyze all customer requirements to prepare appropriate strategies.
Coordinate with suppliers and external vendors and ensure effectiveness of all programs.
Coordinate with quality team and perform various tests on pre and post production to resolve all issues.
Assist suppliers and internal processes to set up various quality benchmarks.
Prepare and evaluate all layout reports and facilitate corrective measure if required.
Validate and integrate various initial systems for products.
Design various process design for mechanical equipment.
Install various equipment according to maintenance manuals.
Prepare data sheets for various equipment and prepare appropriate plans.
Perform troubleshoots on all products and development appropriate corrective action.
Authorize work drawing and engineering change.
Ensure availability and reliability of project/order file such as technical document, specification, BOM etc.
Ensure confidentiality of all new product information for organization.
Conduct DFM, process capability study for product design and requirement.
Develop process flow, bill of material and process drawing for new product.
Drive cost reduction through engineering improvement activity such as DFM, Lean manufacturing, kaizen etc.
Maintain good housekeeping and 5's.
Maintain consistent application of company policies, procedures and shop floor rules.
Adhere to all application Occupational Safety and Health laws and regulation as well as such standards, practices and procedures instituted by the company.
Qualifications Degree: Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering
Experience: 8 years related experiences.
Skills: Computer literate including design software and programming.
