What will you do?
You are expected to manage the following:
Proposing, planning, managing & executing marketing plans & activities according to brand strategy to meet brand & organization goals & objectives.
Managing A&P budget efficiently according to priority.
Identifying opportunities and gaps for the brand based on data analysis/research.
Planning & organizing new product launches & implementing planned activations relevant to brand image & strategy.
Manage & liaise with internal & external business partners on planning & execution of communication & promotional campaigns within timeline.
Ongoing compilations & reviewing of competitors' marketing activities.
Ensure monthly sales forecast accuracy is meeting KPI.
Preparing monthly business meetings with presentation on business updates, market insights & upcoming plans with clear key messages for senior management.
Working hand-in-hand with retail & education team to ensure proper roll-out of materials, services, advices, etc.

Who are we looking for?
5 to 7 years of working experience in product management.
Luxury Beauty experience is a plus.
