Product Management & Development (Marketing & Communications)
Full time
Plan & develop Go-to-Market Strategy for assigned product portfolio, including product and market segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies and competitive differentiation.
Manage product marketing plans by overseeing marketing programs roll-out, generating sales leads and executing end-user communication strategies (e.g., roadshows, product launches, partnerships, webinars and workshops).
Work closely with the sales team on projects and tenders for project pricing and liaise with the regional team for stock allocation.
Monitor market trends to identify gaps and opportunities for new sales and/or market opportunities via collaborations with third party products or solutions.
Stock inventory management including control and purchase of products to ensure below aging target.
Manage the individual Advertisement and Promotion (A&P) budget for the assigned product portfolio with associated activities.
Job Requirements
Degree in any related field of studies e.g. Business Administration, Information Technology and Marketing Communications.
A minimum of5 years of experience in theCopier industryis preferred.
Proven expertise in channel management, product marketing and end-user engagement.
Experience in handling marketing and advertising programs and activities.
Skills Required
Product Marketing – Plan and develop Go-to-Market Strategy, define product positioning and messaging, launch product and promotions to the market.
Market Analysis – Analyse, interpret and summarize key insights from research and sales reports regarding market sizing, customer segments and buying patterns.
Interpersonal and communication skills – Able to communicate, interact and work well with individuals and groups across functional department.
Marketing program – Develop and manage marketing programs to promote products to targeted customer segments via both online and offline platforms (e.g., webinar, lead generation, social media marketing, sales promotions to end users and channel partners) to cultivate sales opportunities.
Planning and organization skills.
