Job ResponsibilitiesProduct Knowledge and Expertise:Develop a deep understanding of our medical device products, including their features, benefits, applications, and technical specifications.
Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to the care segment.Technical Support:Serve as a technical resource for both internal teams and external customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product-related guidance.
Collaborate with internal teams to effectively communicate customer feedback and contribute to product solutions delivery.Sales and Marketing Support:Assist the sales team in product presentations, demonstrations, and discussions with customers to showcase product value and capabilities.
Collaborate with marketing to develop sales tools, collateral, and training materials that effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Plan and execute all events relevant to the care segment which includes conferences, workshops, seminars, etc., for continuous KOL and stakeholder engagement.
Develop and deliver training programs for customers, sales representatives, and partners to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our medical device products.
Customize training sessions to meet the needs of diverse audiences, such as healthcare professionals, clinicians, and technicians.
Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to provide recommendations for product and care segment enhancements and improvements.
Contribute to solutions ideas based on customer needs and market demands.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and regulatory affairs teams to ensure alignment on product positioning, messaging, and customer needs.
Provide input into product development and launch strategies based on customer feedback and market insights.QualificationsExperience in CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Department) is a must.
Experienced in sterilants, disinfectants, and detergents.
Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical or any other relevant fields.
Minimum 3 years of working experience.
