Responsibilities:
Product Specialist for Ethical Products in Therapeutic Dermatology is primarily responsible for developing sales strategies and managing the activities of assigned channels, to achieve targeted sales and profit.
Develop and implement a business/ sales plan for assigned territories.
Actively manage the relationship of assigned accounts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Prepare and participate in business reviews/ forecasts (Accurately forecast sales and growth opportunities).
Acquire market information concerning competitors, market situation and utilize information to improve sales and marketing activities within their areas.
Prepare reports, market/ performance analysis, propose and initiate business improvements as required.
Execute Commercial Excellence initiatives, process and activities across their areas like: Events and Customer Excellence.
Establish consistent levels of execution at the area level, aligned with the country/ market brand strategies maximizing sales resources at hand.
Market/ Customer Segmentation & Targeting and Medical Detailing.
Delivering KPIs of Sales developing metrics and scorecards as well as Implement them in their area business performance.
Requirements:
Degree Qualified
2-5 years experiences in Medical Sales to Ethical Channels (Hospitals and GP Clinics)
Prefers candidates with experience working in the Pharmaceutical industries
