Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the engineering aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
Review and ensure compliance with project specifications, design plans, and contract requirements.
Coordinate and collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure project milestones are met.
Oversee site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks or issues and resolve them promptly.
Prepare technical reports, progress reports, and status updates for management and stakeholders.
Prepare, evaluate, and manage project budgets and resources, ensuring cost efficiency.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other project team members.
Ensure all necessary permits, inspections, and documentation are completed in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and labor to ensure timely project execution.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to maintain project progress.
Participate in project risk assessment and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or senior engineering role.
Experience in managing large-scale construction projects from design through to completion.
Hands-on experience with construction processes, project scheduling, and resource management.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
