JOB TITLE: SENIOR PROJECT EXECUTIVE We are looking for a Senior Project Executive. He/she will be part of the Project Management team. A Senior Project Executive is responsible in managing short and long-term projects. Senior Project Executives are typically responsible for the coordination and completion of projects within the budget and time scope.
Job Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Computer Management, Computer Science, Network system, Computer/Information Technology, or any IT related field. Business or Management graduates are also encourage to apply. Minimum 3 years working experience in related ICT field such as Computer Management, Computer Science, Network system and Computer/Information Technology. Experience in handling end-to-end ICT related project management and background in handling government contracts is an advantage. Possess own transport. Willingness to work flexible hours when needed Good customer interface and interpersonal skills Understanding of customer satisfaction Team player Good analytical and problem-solving skills Required skill(s): must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills, MS Office, MS Project or similar Project Management Software Must be a Malaysian citizen. Oversee the development of the Project till hand over of the project Monitor documents for the Project such as timelines and status reports Understanding client requirements Coordinate with clients, Management, subcontractors and team members to ensure project's success Discuss and coordinate project timeline with team members Monitor and update the Management on the status of the project Act as a point of contact between client and Management Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
