Senior Project Executive (Planning)

Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the smooth and proper execution of planning and implementation of projects from conception to completion
2. Utilize knowledge in land acquisition and project inception feasibility to advantageously contribute to project success
3. Participate in concept design, plan checking, feasibility study, tender preparation and award, and project implementation until Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC)
4. Demonstrate technical proficiency and understanding of authority's requirements and compliances
5. Ensure technical soundness in drawing detailing and coordinate with consultants on any discrepancies
6. Liaise with consultants and authorities for submission to ensure approvals are obtained within stipulated timelines
7. Monitor construction progress to ensure project completion within the deadline and according to approved drawings and specifications
8. Attend authorities / consultant meetings and reports preparation if necessary
9. Project reports preparation for top management briefing and meeting
10. Coordinate with internal departments on any matters related to the project to ensure seamless integration and execution
Requirements: 1. Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
2. Minimum of 3 years' working experience as a project executive in the property development and construction industry
3. Familiarity with authority's requirements and compliances, work scheduling/planning, and proficiency in report writing
4. Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD
5. Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders
