Senior Project Manager (Construction)

Job ResponsibilitiesManage and lead the construction team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and requirements are understood and adhered to.
4M resource management (Money, Manpower, Materials and Machineries)
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards are upheld and quality control is maintained.
Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, approving invoices, and controlling costs.
Prepare and present progress reports and other project documentation to senior management and stakeholders.
What We're Looking ForDegree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
Mandatory : Minimum 10 years of experience managinghigh-rise mixed development projects
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials and equipment
Proficient in project management tools and software, such as MS Project and Primavera
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
