Senior Project Manager

ResponsibilitiesPlan and oversee project operations, maintaining the roadmap and tracking progress.
Act as the main contact across teams, collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, and customer operations to align on goals.
Contribute to strategic planning with senior management, focusing on business processes and product ownership.
Communicate resource needs, including personnel and budget requirements, across departments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher with 8+ years in IT project management.
Skilled in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira) and agile methodologies. Knowledge of business processes, market research, and growth strategies is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, capable of clear, concise writing for agendas, minutes, and updates.
Proficient in English. Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu are a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across IT, marketing, business, and operations.
A quick learner with leadership potential and analytical thinking.
