Consequently, there is a need to bolster its project delivery team.The PositionReporting to a Project Director, the appointed individuals will oversee customised design-to-suit warehouse logistic / distribution centre projects in Malaysia. Responsibility will include full life-cycle management overseeing design, pre-construction, site construction and handover whilst collaborating with in-house engineers, and other key internal and external stakeholders. Naturally, responsibility will include typical project development milestone management, technical and commercial deliverables.The PersonInterested candidates will possess an appropriate Degree (Civil / Architecture) whilst offering at least 5-10 years' experience gained managing industrial factory or logistics warehouse development projects. The successful individuals are expected to possess drive, energy and attention to detail whilst upholding a very strong collaborative and team ethos complemented by appropriate interpersonal skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
