Lead and head a team of professional and technical staff for project department in planning and execution of day-to-day operations.
Liaise closely with architects, consultants, authorities with set guidelines and provide team expertise and supervision to the team.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
To plan, coordinate, administer and control all project site activities to ensure that the building is built according to specifications, budget, schedule and quality.
To attend site meeting with all consultants, sub-contractor, government agency, officer pertaining to the site matter.
To prepare and monitor work schedules for the project.
To supervise and delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
To monitor scheduling material, equipment purchases, deliveries and progress claim of Quantity Surveyor.
Coordinate with authorities, consultants and relevant parties to ensure construction of project on schedule and complies with legal requirements.
Collaborating with all internal departments on administrative and development matters.
Collaborating with Sales and Marketing Department on project pricing and sales matters.
Collaborating with Accounts and Finance Department on project timeline and financing matters.
Involve in business development and feasibility study on new land for development.
Perform any related task as directed by the management from time to time.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Min degree in Civil Engineering or equivalents.
Min 8 years working experience in property development and construction industry.
Strong inter-personal skill in human relation.
Knowledgeable on sales and project pricing.
Experience and knowledge in land and legal matters.
