Project Manager

Manageallavailableresourcestocompletetheprojectontimeandwithinbudget.
Assistinthe procurementprocessincludingthepreparationoftenderbids.
Assistinthepreparationofsupplycontractsforequipmentandservices.
Liaise with nominated inspection companies to check on manufacturing progress and inspect completed goods prior to despatch.
Liaise with transportation contractors to ensure timely delivery from factory, seaborne shipment, payment of import duty and sales tax at Malaysia port and onward transportation to site.
Maintain a close working relationship with all other members of the project team, internal stakeholders, consultants, owner's engineer, contractors and sub-contractors.
Prepareweekly,monthlyandquarterlyprogressreports.
EnsurethatallworkisconductedinasafemannerandcomplieswithcompanyandstatutoryHealth andSafetyRegulations.
Requirements
Minimumof tenyearsof experienceinproject engineeringandatleastfiveyearsasa project manager.
PreferablyhaveobtainedaMaster'sDegreeinProjectEngineeringorManagement.
Have experience in buildingmineral processing, chemical, petrochemical, or similar plants.
FluentinMalay andEnglish,bothspokenandwritten.
Resourceful,motivated, anda goodcommunicator.
Abilitytoworkindependentlyoraspartofateam.
ProficientinPrimaveraP6,MSProject,MSOffice, andAutoCAD.
