Senior Purchaser Executive / Stock ControllerTo conduct product research and to source new suppliers and vendors.
Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock.
Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies.
Updating and maintaining records of orders and received stock.
Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
Monitoring and maintaining current stock levels, and reporting discrepancies.
Analyzing supply chain data to prevent shortage of stock.
Maintaining and updating shipment records.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in a related field or equivalent.
A minimum of 3 years of related working experience in the Inventory field is required.
Possess good communication skills.
Possess good interpersonal skills and planning skills.
Be resourceful, dynamic, and have good problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure with good adaptability.
Salary: RM4, 500.00 and above (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, remuneration will be based on experience and qualification).
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm); Saturday (8.30 am to 12.00 pm once a month).
