Job Description Open Position: Senior Purchasing Executive (Retail Industry) A Retail-based Company is looking for a Senior Purchasing Executive to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities and requirements we are looking for: Processing and management of purchase orders to suppliers.
Follow up on shipment or delivery dates, production schedule, shipment clearance.
Warehouse and inventory control.
Source and negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers for best price and payment terms.
Perform Goods Received Note to confirm goods have been received.
New vendor management.
Issue production note to production and store according to production planning.
Diploma or Degree holder.
Strong supervisory experience.
Good planning, organizing and multitasking skills.
