Responsibilities:Monitor process yields throughout the line.
Conduct Qualification on products, process capability studies, or other technical evaluation to improve yield and quality.
Drive customer corrective actions by carrying out root cause failure analysis, cross-sectioning, dimensional analysis, or other means.
Ensure production information is communicated consistently and effectively throughout the line and from shift to shift.
Monitor and evaluate the level of involvement and success of the Quality Engineering activities and their impact on the continuous improvement of process yields and efficiencies.
Provide the appropriate level of feedback, support, and coaching.
Ensure consistency in Quality report generation, line audit carried out for all projects and oversee all process improvements, technology, jigs and fixture to be implemented to all projects when feasible.
Ensure workcell meets the quality goals set on quarterly basis.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering field or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferable working knowledge of Statistical Process Control and PCB assembly process, results-oriented attitude, achieve through team concept skills/activities.
Experience inSMT(PCBA) and HLA assemblyprocess.
Possess minimum knowledge ofmedical requirements , especially onISO-13485.
Experience in leading teams and has people reporting, experience in EMS work environment.
