Asia's extended range of consumer food brands also include TST, Swanson, GoodTime & Nyam Nyam.They join TheArnott's Group's portfolio ofbrands like Aussie legends Tim Tam & Shapes as well as New Zealand's favorite Farm Bake Cookies to drive presence in Asia.Position based in Petaling Jaya.Job Responsibilities:The mandate shall be held accountable to:Work with Campbell's Soup Company and regional technical experts to implement quality capital projects in alignment with Campbell's and TAG requirements, negotiate alternative, to ensure successful implementation.Participate, when deemed necessary lead the RCA and give input from QA perspective to ensure no comptonization on product safety and quality.Lead on all validation and verification test, i.e., CCPs, CPs, allergen and sanitation, and ensure test are carried out, complying to regulatory and company standards. Besides that, the mandate shall also accountable for the below main responsibilities:Support finished product releases upon compliance to required specificationsManages finished product withheld and ensure completion of disposition within timeline.Manage product maintenance, including analysing result trend and point out abnormalitiesProvide technical support to troubleshoot issues in production line to meet quality and business needs.Provide technical support to ensure meeting quality requirements in projects i.e. enabler/ CAPEX.Initiate and execute quality and KPI improvement project.Coordinates customer complaint investigation.QA lead for new product development and(or) recipe renovation in can line.Other responsibilities:Ensure operational lines are compliance of GMP, HACCP requirements via line audits/ spot checks.Coordinates the implementation of ISO, HACCP to meet requirements. Ensuring Sanitation Program in the production lines are consistently at satisfactory level, complying to the GQS requirement. Representative of quality personnel to attend Line Operation Review meeting and able to constructively challenge the team, aiming to drive prompt actions on issue with regards to product safety and quality. Back up for QA Assistant work when required.Key Requirements For Successful Applicant: Degree in Food Science/ Food Technology/ Food Engineering with min 5 years of working experience in food manufacturingExperience in managing quality and food safety requirements in manufacturing environment, experience as internal quality auditor will be added advantage Knowledge in GMP, GLP, ISO and HACCP system Vocal, fast learner and loves working in manufacturing environmentGood organizing and planning skillsExperience in problem solving, critical thinking and assertive in decision making Drive for results Management skills on tasks and people On-call basis to support operation & willing to support night shift, if required
