Senior Qc

Job Summary: As a Senior QC, you will oversee the quality control activities within our manufacturing
processes, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and compliance.
You will lead the QC team and work closely with other departments to identify and
address quality issues.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the QC team.
- Conduct and oversee inspections and tests on products and materials.
- Identify, document, and address quality issues and non-conformities.
- Develop and implement QC procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure quality standards.
- Prepare and analyze quality control reports.
- Train and mentor QC staff on quality control processes and standards.
Qualifications: - Diploma in Quality Control, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control.
- Strong understanding of QC principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in QC tools and methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
