5 – 8 years experience
B.A Language/Linguistic Degree (Preferred) or equivalent degree required
Must have exceptional grammar and typing accuracy skills – experience with business communication
Experience in supporting customer or service support through voice
Testing experience is highly preferred
Expert in cultural awareness (pop, formal, geo-political) and good understanding of user base of the target locale
Strong attention to detail in spotting spelling, grammatical, user interface, and audio defects
Experienced user of mobile, wearables, and home technologies
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment
Expected to be able to work independently without close supervision and drive testing from end to end
Expected to provide guidance to junior testers and lead a small group of testers
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Quality Analyst
