Quality Assurance & Control (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Determine all necessary quality requirements and customer requirements into inspection standard and Quality Plan.
Prepare Quality Plan and Inspection Plan to determine necessary control in the line.
Review the effectiveness of control plan and quality plan in ensuring acceptable quality levels of the produced product at different stages of production.
Support FMEA activities during new product Introduction and review when necessary.
Conduct capability studies of processes, manufacturing equipment and tools.
Initiate 8 D disciplined problem-solving methods to analyze customer complaint and returned product.
Involve in machine, fixture and tool validation process (where applicable) before use in production.
Monitor and analyze outgoing product quality, quality gate trends and initiate appropriate action to resolve the problems with relevant departments.
Participate in sample run, trial run of new products to ensure that product quality requirements are fulfilled and report problem encountered to the team.
Perform 100% sample inspection according to customer requirements with standard report generated.
Participate in APQP cross-functional team in generating control plan.
Liaison with applicable regulatory body inspection and follow up with relevant department for the generation of corrective action and its closure.
Conduct measurement system analysis (MSA) on related equipment.
Perform statistical process control study on related processes.
Execute VQQC activity as per SOP defined.
Any other duties assigned by superior.
Job Requirement:
Degree in Engineering/Quality Discipline with 2 years experience in the similar environment; or
Diploma in Engineering/Quality Discipline with 5 years experience in the similar environment.
