My client is a rapidly expanding Electronics company that has its footprint in the EMS/PCBA industry.
They are currently looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to be based in their company in Johor.
Your new role
Be responsible for investigation and defining corrective actions for customer quality issues as well as communication to the customer regarding data gathering, customer updates, root cause, and corrective action reports.
Communicate with Product Manager to understand customer requirements and expectations and cooperate in handling customer complaints to achieve satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong experience in QMS audit and handling customer requirements/complaints.
4-6 years of working experience in Quality in an Electronics/PCBA manufacturing environment, or similar industries.
Able to communicate in Mandarin fluently.
