Job Responsibilities:
Develop quality inspection methods, documentation, and procedures for In-Process and Outgoing Quality Inspection pertaining to customer specifications and requirements.
Allocate and guide Quality Teams' job functions for In-Process and Outgoing to achieve department KPIs.
Provide training to QA Technicians / Leaders / Inspectors based on Quality Inspection Documents prepared to ensure understanding of specifications and requirements with correct inspection methods.
Monitor In-Process Quality and Outgoing Quality performance. Develop corrective action plans for quality improvement when necessary.
Involve in First Article run products to ensure FA meets customer specifications and requirements.
Qualify First Article products and prepare PPAP for FA submission.
Utilize quality improvement tools and develop strategies for problem-solving in continuous improvement to resolve customer quality complaints or online quality issues with the internal team.
Deal with customers and resolve quality issues pertaining to customer requirements.
Coordinate 8D Report / CAPA per customer request on quality issues feedback by customers with the internal team and verify effectiveness.
Conduct process audits to ensure manufacturing processes / CAPA / improvement actions are effectively implemented, maintained, and comply with manufacturing procedures.
Handle customer audits.
Coordinate purge for non-conformance materials or parts.
Involve in determining the disposition of non-conforming material on MRB.
Coordinate sorting activity in-house or at customer sites when necessary.
Any other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, advanced/higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of work-related experience, preferably with an MNC.
Required Skills: Supplier quality management, problem-solving, SPC, CAPA, supplier audit.#J-18808-Ljbffr
