About the role
As the Senior Quality Manager you will play a crucial role in maintaining and continuously improving the quality of our manufacturing processes. This full-time position is based in Muar, Johor, and will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and control functions across our production facilities.
What you'll be doing Developing and implementing comprehensive quality control systems and procedures to ensure products consistently meet or exceed customer requirements and industry standardsAnalysis production data and identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance quality and efficiencyLeading a team of quality inspectors and technicians, providing guidance, training and coaching to drive a culture of quality excellenceCollaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and implementing corrective and preventive actionsMaintaining quality documentation and records, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practicesRepresenting the quality function in customer meetings and audits, and serving as the primary point of contact for quality-related mattersWhat we're looking for Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior quality management role within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industryStrong understanding of quality assurance principles, tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, and ISO standardsExcellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategicallyProven track record of leading and motivating quality teams to deliver consistent and high-quality resultsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levelsProficient in the use of quality management software and data analysis toolsWhat we offer
