Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their company What you'll be doing? Prepare progress claims, payment certificates, variation orders, and final accounts. Contract Administration including Pre and Post Tender AdministrationLiaise and coordinate with sub-contractors on contract matters, ensuring smooth project execution.Prepare tendering documents, measurements, and bills of quantities.Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior. Who are they looking for? Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.Candidates with at least 3 years' experience at Building Developer (High-rise property) will be an added advantage.Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply for the Junior positionAbility to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.Experienced candidates will be considered for senior positions.
