Responsibilities:Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts for various projects, ensuring compliance.
Maintain records, update subcontractor/supplier databases, and oversee financial submissions.
Assist the Contract Manager in preparing cash flow forecasts and cost reports.
Prepare interim and final valuations, variations, and claims for construction sites.
Prepare monthly progress claims and verify subcontractor work and claims.
Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and subcontract tender documents.
Analyze and prepare cost comparisons for procurement awarding.
Prepare Letters of Award to subcontractors and assist in tender activities.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, cost management, and contract administration.
Proficient in quantity surveying software and MS Office.
Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
