Senior Quantity Surveyor

INTERMEDIATE QUANTITY SURVEYOR (MALAYSIAN ONLY) (CONTRACTOR G4)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:Able to start work with short notice period
Possess own vehicle with a valid license
Detail-oriented, able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
Possess a strong sense of sensibility, commitment, and discipline
Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimum supervision
JOB SCOPE:Site valuations or measurement for claim and payment to subcontractor
Prepare a cost-effective plan and detailed work schedule to complete the project.
Attend kick-off meetings/weekly meetings/management meetings if necessary
Prepare monthly report progress claim and sub-contractor payment certificate.
Taking off quantities and valuation order evaluation.
Liaise with consultants, domestic sub-contractors, nominated sub-contractor and client
Prepare and ensure timely submission of Contractors' Monthly progress claims.
Prepare pricing for tender preparation, documentation & tender estimation.
Prepare proposed and material approval
Handle after-sales defect rectifications.
QUALIFICATION:Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Certificate.
EXPERIENCE:Minimum 3 Years
SALARY:RM3,500.00 – RM4,500.00
BENEFIT:Transportation Allowance, medical allowance provided, KWSP, SOCSO, and yearly bonus.
WORKING HOURS:Monday – Friday = 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Saturday = 8.30 am to 12.30 pm
