Senior Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage sourcing activities for materials, services, and suppliers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, etc.) to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement.
Oversee supplier relationships and negotiate contracts, prices, and terms.
Monitor market trends and identify potential suppliers or vendors to meet business needs.
Analyze cost data and assist with budget forecasting.
Manage supplier performance and ensure quality and delivery standards are met.
Review and evaluate project specifications, ensuring all sourcing aligns with project requirements.
Conduct risk assessments related to sourcing and procurement activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in sourcing, procurement, or cost management.
Strong understanding of cost estimation, budget management, and supplier negotiations.
Ability to analyze complex data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
