ResponsibilitiesAssist to prepare sub-contract tender document to call for tender.Assist to prepare report and technical submission for internal review and commercial decision.Assist to prepare the letter of Award to the approved sub-contractors.Assist in preparing the Statement of Final Account.Monitoring of sub-contractors' status, payment status, ISO Forms, etc.Any other relevant duties as and when required.Requirements:Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Survey / Construction Management or equivalent.More than 7 years' experience in Construction field.Good in Taking-off and Contracts Administrative Works.Willing to be base at Sabah project site.
