Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location : Ipoh &Selangor Requirements: • ProfessionalCertificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/GraduateDiploma, Master's Degree Responsibilities: • Pre-contractworks - estimating and tendering, calling quotation, measurement,taking off, cost estimation, preparation of BQ for design and buildprojects, attend tender interview or clarification. • Post-contracts work - materialbudgeting, cost estimation, as-built site measurement and quantitytaking-off before site commencement, invitation of quotation andnegotiation, sub-contractor award, material sourcing andprocurement, handle progress claim, VO claim, progress payment,final account, attend site valuation and meeting. • Work with architects, externalQS, contracts and project team. • Evaluate claimsfor progress payment and additional works or final accounts. • Provide support in the estimationof new project costs, preparation of specifications, BQ and othertender requirements. • Must be able to workindependently. • Min 3 years related experience(QS), Min 5 years (Senior QS)
