Responsibilities • Manage and lead the QS Team in contract documentation, management, tender to achieve the project requirement
• Manage tendering process, analyse and evaluation of tenders
• Attend site survey, tender briefing before tendering the project
• Prepare cost estimation, quantity take-off for tenders
• Prepare cost analysis and obtaining contractor's quotation for various trade, quantity take-off for tenders and submissions, including Bill of Quantity
• Prepare tender submissions including bills of quantities and discuss with Management for final submission
• Prepare for final submission and follow up with tender questionnaire reply and interview
Requirement:
• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent relevant qualification
• At least 5 years relevant experience in the interior design and build industry.
• Outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and target oriented in a stressful environment.
