About the Role:
Prepare and monitor accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for ongoing and new projects.
Manage the contractual aspects, from preparing tender documents to reviewing contractor claims and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
Track project costs and manage variations to ensure projects stay within budget, making recommendations to minimize financial risks.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants, negotiating terms to secure quality services and materials at competitive rates.
Provide regular financial reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation for reference and audit purposes.
Guide and support junior quantity surveyors, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
Skills & Experience Required:
Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years experience in the relevant field.
Able to work effectively under pressure and manage timelines accordingly.
