Senior Quantity Surveyor (Kuala Lumpur)

Requirements: Malay, Chinese, Indian Must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.At least 5 to 8 years experience or more of working experience in the related field.Good communication skills, able to work under stress and pleasant personality.Ability to use own initiative and to work both independently with minimal supervision and cohesively as part of a team.Requires language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English.Familiarity with construction sourcing & contracting procedure and procurement process is preferred.Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts.Prepare the tender and contract documents, bills of quantities and other documentation.Responsible for monthly progress claim, variation orders, finalize of accounts and prepare for payment certificate.Preparation of Letter of Award/ Appointment to subcontractors.To attend site meetings, site valuation when needed.Responsible for preparing, negotiating and revising contracts that involve the purchase or sale of goods or services such as equipment, materials, supplies or products and ensure that the project is completed within its projected budget.Requires language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English.Able working outstation (Site).Have driving license and own transportation.Any ad hoc duties as assign by the management.Preferably to start work immediately Central location at Menara Suezcap Bangsar Kuala Lumpur.Regular Working day (Mon – Fri / 09.00am-06.00pm)
