SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR (MEP) located in Johor Bahru, Taman Molek.Understanding ofMEP Systemfor design concept documents and drawings.
Prepare and workout Bill of Quantities, Cost Estimation, Tender Submission, Cost Control Budget, etc.
Generate Scope of Work (SOW) for proposal and/or contract works costing.
Assist prepare Tender & Proposal Presentation.
Assist and/or attend to all relevant contracts administration & documentation during Tender & Project Stage.
Liase with vendors for quotations, proposal during Tender & Project Stage.
Assess and identify variation order (VO) work for each project.
Assist to liaise with Consultants / Main Contractors on progress claims, VO, etc.
Assist & liaise with Project Team for Sub-Contractors progress & VO claim, etc & prepare Payment Certificate.
Handle any other ad-hoc duties and task assigned.
Ability to understand the terms and contract requirements.
Well organised in documentation.
Good interpersonal & communication skills - English, Malay and/or Mandarin.

Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering & Construction Management (Minimum).
Additional Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) or equivalent.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and CAD applications (Minimum).
Minimum 5 years in MEP.
Required Knowledge and Skills
Good in Cost management and data analysis.
Time management and organisation.
Good interpersonal and communication.
Good negotiation and problem-solving.
Able to work under fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English (Chinese & Malay is an advantage).
Mobility as needed.
Willing to travel to project site as and when required.
Computer Skills
Intermediate Skill in Microsoft Office (E.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc).
