Perform site measurement and taking off works.
Manage site valuations and prepare contractual documentation, including progress claims, payment certifications, VOs, and final accounts for subcontractors.
Assist with sourcing, price negotiations, and evaluations when required.
Develop project plans, estimate budgets, and set timelines.
Assist in preparing tender documentation for new project bids.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, with high-rise building or factory projects being an added advantage.
Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree inQuantity Surveyingor equivalent.
Familiar withGlodon Software ,AutoCAD ,Microsoft Office , etc.
