Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

Responsible for new tender projects quantity measurementResponsible for new tender projects pricing and get sub-contractors and suppliers pricingPlan and coordinate selection of potential sub-contractors in any new project.Prepare budgeting and costing for all the projects and quantity checking.Valuation of progress claims and sub-contractor claims.Checking any discrepancy between the Architect Drawings and Structural Drawings.Checking whether the structures or buildings are built in compliance to the client, specification.Attending employer and consultants meeting, main contractor site meeting with regard to the work progress and site problem etc.Any other job function which may be assigned from time to time by head of department. Job Requirements : Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the construction industryRequired Skill(s): AUTOCADPreferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.Proficiency in local tendering of Factory And Residential Project experience is strongly encourage to apply.Ability to exercise sound judgment in managing multiple projects within tight timeline.Able to work independently with minimum guidance
