Interviewing & Assessment:Conducting interviews, assessments, and reference checks, and candidate suitability.
Create and maintain strong networking relationships with internal customers and external talent sources.

Talent Sourcing:Utilizing a variety of sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract high-quality candidates.
May also involve building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
3.
End-to-End Recruitment:Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles within the organization.
4.
Overseeing the Interview Process:A Senior Recruiter needs to plan and set up the interview, determining the time that suits all parties, and preparing both the interviewers and applicants for the interview process.
5.
Cultivate a robust network:of potential candidates through proactive market research, events, and ongoing relationship management.
