Job Responsibilities:
Understand client's requirements and conduct a search for potential candidates.
Manage the recruitment process from the interview to offer stage and beyond.
Job scope includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages, and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
Filter and assess suitability of potential candidates.
Enhance candidate pool through efficient utilization of internal databases, networks, and professional networking events.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to keep us ahead of the competition.
Job RequirementsDegree or above in any discipline.
Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deal with external clients.
Experience managing both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Good communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
