Responsibilities:Senior recruiter is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the recruitment process and making sure the task assigned from time to time is completed without delay.
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying client's organization plans and objectives.
Building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, social media, and internet sites.
Determine applicant requirement by studying job description and job qualification.
Attracting applicants by posting job advertisements on job sites or social media.
Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with Recruiter Lead/Manager.
Interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
Making arrangements for interview appointments and coordinating the process for both applicants and Hiring Managers.
Recording team meeting minutes report and daily report.
Completing assigned tasks given by Recruiter Lead from time to time.
Requirements:Diploma / Degree in any relevant industry.
3 years of experience in the relevant industry.
Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English.
Basic computer skills.
Strong service orientation.
