Senior recruiter is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the recruitment process and making sure the task assigned from time to time is completed without delay.
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying client's organization plans and objectives.
Building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, social media, internet sites.
Determine applicant requirement by studying job description and job qualification.
Attracting applicant by posting job advertisement on job site or social media.
Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicant, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Evaluating applicant by discussing job requirements and applicant qualification with Recruiter Lead/Manager.
Interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualification.
Making arrangement on interview appointment and coordinating the process for both applicant and Hiring Manager.
Completing assigned tasks given by Recruiter Lead from time to time.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in any relevant industry.
3 years of experience in relevant industry.
Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English.
Basic computer skills.
Strong service orientation.
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
