Description
Oversee and manage payroll operations across multiple regions.
Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations, especially in Malaysia and Taiwan.
Handle payroll-related queries and resolve issues promptly.
Prepare payroll reports for management review.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives in the payroll department.
Profile
A successful Senior Payroll Specialist should have:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, with a strong focus on managing payroll for Taiwan and Malaysia.
Fluency in Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading) is required, as this role involves processing payroll for Taiwan and communicating with stakeholders from Taiwan.
Experience in a Shared Services environment is an added advantage.
Must be able to work inPenang .
