We're now looking for a Regional Sales Manager (Malaysia + Singapore).

Job Summary: Managing Director
Job Responsibilities: 1. Achievement of all planned sales, revenue, profit targets in dealing with our distributors.
2. Develop the regional specification by approaching Singapore & Malaysia based Interior Design Firms. Supporting other markets as required for regional project specification.
3. Development and expansion of the project business in the region (Ensure a professional and consistently project follow up and build up a relation to the key stakeholder architects, investors, developers, hotel chains)
4. Development and more efficient use of potentials in the markets (preparation of market and customer development plans, expansion of the distribution network)
5. Implementation of the global marketing strategy to increase brand awareness throughout the region
6. Reporting CRM, Preparation BRM, Planning, Contribution S&OP meetings
Job Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalentMin. 8 years of experience in account management, preferably from Consumer Devices / Lifestyle / Building Materials / Sanitary Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry, market, competitors and customersDemonstrate sound knowledge and a proven sales track record in assigned products and existing network of contactsDemonstrate strong communication and negotiation skillsFluent with sales planning, forecasting, value selling and networking skillsExcellent interpersonal skills, self-driven and has a positive attitude towards learning and developmentGood verbal and written English communication skills, with exceptional influencing, and interpersonal management skillsAnalytically strong, team-oriented with a strong interest in a consultative selling approach
