Job Responsibilities: Operational support (Systems Administration) of regional Windows Servers and Systems.Review, optimize and manage capacity of Group IT Infrastructure servers inclusive of server consolidation and virtualization.Manage the administration of Group Infrastructure server and systems inclusive of both hardware and software obsolescence.Management of IT Risk with enhanced architecture and design catering for high availability setup as well as active-active Data Center. (Clustering technologies, Cloud technologies and etc).Management and administration related infrastructure equipment & appliances. (DNS, Server Load Balancer and etc).Manage and monitor the performance of services & system to ensure outstanding operational effectiveness.Manage the prompt and efficient provision of IT services.Produce periodic management reports and updates.Incident & problem management inclusive of recovery & mitigating strategies.Review and implement DRP and BCP procedures & plansProject assessment, evaluation, recommendation and implementation as per business initiatives, budget and timelines. (Involvement of projects from inception to delivery.)Ensure project technical requirements are properly documented for daily operations support.Provide expert level technical support required.Liaise with 3rd party vendor on technical support as required.Support regional users as required.Periodic review and enhancement of infrastructure to meet changing business requirement.Managing team members to achieve business objectives and outcomes.To provide technical leadership (subject matter expertise). Job Requirement: Bachelor in Engineering or Computer Science Degree.10 years' experience in supporting and operating group IT shared services infrastructure.Strong technical knowledge and operational support of various IT technology and architecture of systems.Good management, interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills as well as Technical Leadership skills.Certifications in Systems (MCSE, Virtual Infrastructure, ITIL foundation as well as Systems Management – Systems Center, Unified Communications, Active Directory, Performance & Capacity Management systems and etc).
