Job PurposeWe are seeking an experienced and proactiveSenior Regional Talent Acquisition Specialistto join our dynamic People & Culture (P&C) team within the Global Shared Service function. This role will focus on attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across key regional markets. The Senior Specialist will lead full-cycle recruitment across the Asia Pacific region, in partnership with the Global Business Services (GBS) team. You will manage strategic talent pipelines, collaborate with HR and business leaders to align recruitment strategies with business objectives, and navigate the diverse talent landscapes across the region. Success in this role requires deep industry knowledge, a strategic mindset, and strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and stakeholders.
Job DescriptionMain Accountabilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring in partnership with the GBS team, for mid to senior-level roles, including blue-collar positions across the region.
Ensure recruitment processes meet established SLAs and KPIs, maintaining efficiency and high service standards throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting.
Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand staffing needs, provide consultative support, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical positions, focusing on both current and future talent needs, while promoting diversity initiatives.
Provide insights on talent market trends, salary benchmarking, and competitor analysis to support recruitment strategies and decision-making.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labour laws, company policies, and global standards.
Collaborate with the Communications and Talent CoE teams to enhance the company's employer brand, positioning the organization as an employer of choice within the industry.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining timely, transparent, and professional communication at all stages.
Manage external recruitment agencies and vendors as needed, ensuring quality delivery and compliance with agreed-upon terms.
Promote diversity in recruitment efforts, ensuring inclusive hiring practices are integrated throughout the recruitment process.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, quality of sourcing, diversity metrics), providing insights to enhance the recruitment process.
Participate in global talent acquisition projects, representing the region.
Act as a role model and provide guidance to more junior team members.
You are meant for this job if:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within the Energy or related industries. Regional or global recruitment experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of the Energy industry, including key roles, skillsets, and market trends.
Demonstrated experience managing recruitment processes with measurable success in meeting KPIs and SLAs.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably SuccessFactors Recruiting) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders and influence hiring decisions at a senior level.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the hiring process.
Additional SkillsExperience in managing high-volume recruitment across multiple regions.
Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement in recruitment.
